In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our lawn care services, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. Our team of professionals will work diligently with you to resolve the issue and address any concerns you may have. If we are unable to find a mutually satisfactory solution, we will issue a full refund of the service cost to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
